Untrained staff !!!!!!!!!! There is a Hermes shop in the shop. The woman didn't even have Tesa tape for my package. The woman didn't know how to do that so that I can send 2 items back in my package. She just said it doesn't work, done. Then I called the Amazon hotline and got a solution, whereupon they refused to pretend! She didn't even have a second package for my second item that needed to be packed separately. Not recommendable!!!!! Never go there again! I think such untrained branches should be closed!
